originally from Rochester, NY - I grew up with a professional musician mom and an entrepreneur dad. I played the drums and sang while also running track & field for what feels like all of my life so when I found indoor cycling in 2014, I fell in love. The way riding to the rhythm of the music brought me back into my body made me feel like magic.
