Pop-Up Evening Class
Monday, Sept 9 @5:30pm: 45 minutes of deeply intentional cycling.

Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins and bring water & a towel. Cycling shoes are provided or bring your own SPD/Delta compatible shoes.
Headphones will be provided to you so you can hear the music & instructor.
Class will be held indoors in the Prospect Room. The class will be lead by Ritual founder & owner, Alison -- along with fellow Instructor, Alli Michal.
