We believe deeply in crafting a more conscious form of movement. The world as we know it changed greatly in the last few years, yet indoor cycling hasn’t.

Ritual asks: ‘what if we moved with more intention?’ so that we might go out into the world with greater purpose.

our values

  • There are few places more intimidating than an indoor cycling studio. Many times, the pace or movement may not make sense for your body. At Ritual, we choose very intentional movements and language to connect you to your body — not distract you from it.

  • We believe there is room for all of us. At Ritual, we trust that resonating growth and abundance collectively, allows us to grow & succeed individually.

We collaborate with other studios, with local artists, and with one anoher to create the world we want to live in. Success is not a zero-sum game.

  • Companies build products. People turn products into rituals.

At Ritual, we pay our instructors for their time during onboarding training and ensure they’re paid above industry standard for their time teaching.

We recognize that by investing in our people, we’re investing in our community and you deserve the best.

inspired by nature

I started Ritual as, first and foremost, a place for inspired movement — of the body and the mind - not bifurcating them the way many movement modalities do.

By just stepping out of our homes each day, we can find inspiration. There is much to be gleaned from the striated history embedded in the red rocks; the kindred nature of coyotes in their packs; the humbling lessons of our ancestors who walked here first; and the quiet, yet powerful stance of the mountains. What if we could harness that deep, powerful intention in how we move our bodies?

What a gift it would be to see and be seen in that way.

That is Ritual.
